Is anyone else finding Ameerpet property prices completely disconnected from reality? Everyone talks up its central location and metro access, but honestly, it feels so congested. My parents keep saying it's 'prime', but for an older 2BHK at ₹80L-₹90L, it just doesn't feel justified. The traffic is a nightmare, especially near the metro station. Are we paying a premium for outdated infrastructure and zero green spaces? I'm a first-time buyer, and I'm just not seeing the ROI here compared to newer areas. Change my mind.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from! I've been looking at properties in Ameerpet too, thinking it's 'central' and all, but the prices are just insane for what you get. ₹80L-₹90L for an old building with no amenities? My agent kept pushing it, saying 'future appreciation' but I just see crumbling infrastructure and traffic jams every single day. I'm a first-time buyer like you, and I need something that feels like home, not a battle zone. I even checked out a 2BHK near Satyam Theatre, and the building felt like it
