Amenities are mostly brochure bait, not actual value.

Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Gurugram, especially the luxury ones. I'm looking at DLF Magnolias, and the amenities list is massive. Honestly, I've heard from a friend ki bohot saari amenities toh use hi nahi hoti, bas maintenance badha deti hain. Magnolias mein kya scene hai? Are the amenities actually well-maintained and used daily, ya sirf brochure pe achhi lagti hain? Is the high maintenance charge justified for these? Not sure if it's worth it. Real experiences, please share!
