Looking at projects like Keya Spring, builder log kya kya dikhate hain but possession pe kitna milta hai? My main concern as an investor is resale value and tenant attraction. Kya yeh fancy clubhouses aur swimming pools actually ROI justify karte hain, ya bas maintenance charges badhate hain? Honestly, after a year, does anyone even use these facilities daily? Or do they just become ghost facilities with high upkeep? Aur maintenance charges, are they value for money or just a drain? Resale pe quality ka kitna impact hota hai after 2-3 years, like seepage ya fittings issues? Should I focus more on location and basic quality over flashy amenities?
