Amenities hide future maintenance nightmares

My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. I work in real estate, but buying for myself at Sattva Lake Ridge feels totally different. Builders bolte hain full power backup, par kya woh sach mein poore flat ka hota hai? And water supply ka kya scene hai? Hyderabad mein tanker dependency kitni hoti hai? How does this affect resale value or attracting good tenants later?
