For investment, one hack I learned is snag list pe focus. Builders often rush finishing, especially in projects like Model Economic City. Initial cracks, seepage, ya fittings ke issues baad mein bahut costly hote hain. Does a thorough snag list check really save future maintenance costs and ensure good resale ROI? Yaar, is the premium justified if build quality isn't top-notch? Hope this helps someone think beyond brochures.
