Amenities: What actually matters in New Delhi societies?

Honestly, after moving in last month, I realized kuch amenities sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain. Swaraj Homes Vande Matram new project hai, bahut kuch promise kar rahe hain. But Abdul Fazal Apartment ke existing residents bata sakte hain, wahan amenities ka real use kya hai? Kids play area, gym, clubhouse... kitna use hota hai daily? Kya real-world experience hai for new buyers?
