₹3.99 Cr for Ameya Sapphire Residences is a big number. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you, but buying for myself is a whole other ball game. Seriously considering Ameya Sapphire. What's the real carpet area efficiency like there? Are the layouts genuinely practical or just super area games? Also, what about the amenities? Which ones are actually useful daily, not just for brochures? Is the club house always empty, or do people actually use it? Any current residents can give an off-the-record opinion on daily livability?
