Ameya Sapphire Residences mein water supply ka kya scene hai? Full-time paani aata hai ya tankers pe depend karna padta hai? Aur power backup full flat hai ya sirf common areas mein hai?

116 units hain total. Toh management water supply kaise karega? Small projects mein ye dikkat aati hai, especially in Gurugram where water tables are falling fast. Tanker mafia ka scene toh nahi hoga na? Is it better to go for larger societies for better infrastructure management?
Toh phir kya karein? Agar tanker pe depend karna pada toh uska contract kon dekhta hai aur uski reliability kaise check karein? Bahut tension hai yaar.
U5, totally agree. 116 units is not a huge society. This means common expenses per flat will be higher, and if they rely on tankers, it can get very expensive and unreliable. Heard stories from Basai area where residents struggle with this.
Mujhe bhi ye project accha laga tha location wise. Water/power is my main worry too. Hope they have a solid plan.
Ameya Sapphire... price point toh ₹4.0 Cr bol rahe hain, which is quite high for an ongoing project. I checked their RERA (11 Of 2024), possession is 2028-12-01. It's a long wait for a first-time buyer. Aur Gurugram mein water situation is tricky, especially in areas closer to Badshahpur or Baliawas. Backup ka toh normally common areas mein hi hota hai, full flat ka bahut kam builders dete hain at this price range.
U3, the ₹4.0 Cr price point is tough. I live near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and even there, during peak summers, water pressure drops. For Ameya Sapphire, if they don't have their own STP and borewells, then tankers are inevitable. Power backup is usually 3-5 KVA per flat for essential points, not full ACs and geysers. Builders rarely commit to full flat backup unless it's ultra-luxury segment, even for this price.
U3, you're right about the price and possession date. It's a huge investment. But for ₹4.0 Cr, shouldn't full flat power backup be standard? What's the usual for a project in this range?
Sahi sawal hai bhai. Builder ne kya promise kiya hai on paper for water and power? Aur Ameya ka track record kaisa hai? Pehle bhi delays ki khabrein suni hain in Gurugram.
Exactly, RERA toh new hai but delays ka darr toh rehta hi hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Builder pe pura trust karna mushkil hai.
U2, builder ka track record mixed hai. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch mein delay hua hai. But Ameya Sapphire ka RERA naya hai, 11 Of 2024. So they are actively selling aur commitment toh denge hi.
Yaar, Ameya Sapphire toh theek hai, but paani ka issue Gurugram mein har jagah hai. Mera bhi same concern hai for any new project.
