Aminabad mein property prices abhi bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain, especially for a first-time buyer like me. I'm seeing 2BHKs around ₹60-70L. Is this justified considering the current infra development? Yaar, FNG Expressway ka impact kitna hoga yahaan? Aur daily commute ka kya scene hai, metro connectivity kaisa hai near Aminabad? Builders jaise Gaursons ya ACE Group ka track record kaisa hai in this specific area? Parents bol rahe hain wait kar lo, but honestly, I'm not sure. Koi experience share karo please, especially about resident life.

Dekho, Aminabad ka charm apni jagah hai, but as a first-time buyer, ₹60-70L for a 2BHK wahaan justified nahi lag raha. Resident life wise, it's a bit congested in parts, but has all basic amenities. Agar budget tight hai, toh ek baar Alistonia Estate ya Ajayabpur side bhi check kar lo. Thoda bahar hai but value for money mil jayega. Aur metro connectivity wahaan better develop ho rahi hai.
Infra development utna dikh nahi raha Aminabad mein jitna prices mein jump hai. Metro connectivity ka kya scene hai wahaan? Nearest station kitni door hai, aur daily shuttle ya bus service available hai kya? Ye commute wala point bahut important hai.
Jaisa aapne pucha, Aminabad se nearest metro station Vaishali ya Kaushambi hai. Wahaan se auto ya shared taxi lena padta hai, which adds to commute time. Direct connectivity filhal toh nahi hai, future plans hain but kab honge pata nahi.
Yaar, Gaursons ka track record Aminabad mein mixed reviews wala hai. Mere ek dost ne Noida Extension mein unka project liya tha, possession mein kaafi delay hua. ACE Group ka thoda better hai but prices bhi accordingly high hain. FNG Expressway ka impact toh hoga long-term mein, connectivity improve hogi, but immediate jump expect mat karo. Parents ki baat suno thoda, market abhi volatile hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai, Aminabad ke prices toh aasmaan chhoo rahe hain. Commute ka bhi issue hai agar office Noida mein hai. Main toh soch raha tha ki Alpha I Greater Noida mein dekh loon, wahaan thoda better value mil jaata hai.
