Amit Construction 3's resale liquidity is a myth

Since January I've been shortlisting Gurugram properties, and Amit Construction 3 keeps appearing. Honestly, I find its ₹2 Cr valuation difficult to justify for an investor. Is there actual resale demand for a project like this, or does it just sit on the market? I'm in Dubai, so ground reality is key. Disagree? Tell me why.
