Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Visited Amrapali Augusta Tower; honestly, I'm worried about construction quality impacting resale and tenant attraction. Saw minor cracks. Are high maintenance charges for promised amenities like the clubhouse really justified? Do these facilities actually get used, or just become ghost areas? Need long-term investor insights.
