Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Visited Amrapali Augusta Tower; honestly, I'm worried about construction quality impacting resale and tenant attraction. Saw minor cracks. Price range ₹28 L – ₹51 L for a project completed in 2019 seems okay, but not if it's falling apart.
