Honestly, I'm fed up of renting; my landlord raised rent again. Been calculating EMI vs rent math for months, finally taking the plunge for long-term wealth. Looking seriously at Amrapali Bollywood Towers, Greater Noida. It's completed, which is a big plus. But I'm wondering, iska capital appreciation potential kaisa hai? Has its price moved much since launch? And rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Not sure if the 'completed' status means all the appreciation is already factored in. Also, resale market kitna liquid hai wahan? Will it be easy to exit in 5-7 years?
