Hi everyone, I'm confused between Amrapali Cloud Ville and The Antriksh Green in Noida. Cloud Ville ka price bohot zyada hai, is it worth the high price? Antriksh Green seems more affordable. What about the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would you recommend for investment? What do you think?

Don't rush into anything, especially as a first-time buyer. My cousin bought a flat in Alpha II Commercial Belt and regretted not checking the builder's history thoroughly.

Haan, U2 sahi bol raha hai. Cloud Ville ka price range (70 L – 1.9 Cr) for a project completed in 2018 is pretty steep now. Antriksh Green affordability-wise might be better for first-time buyers like us, but I've heard mixed reviews about their finishing.
Amrapali? Bhai, unka track record toh sabko pata hai. Cloud Ville may be completed but generally, unke projects mein bohot issues rahe hain. Be careful.
