Amrapali Cloud Ville vs Sai Dham: which one for family?

Just moved into Noida last month and already thinking if I made the right choice! I'm seeing a lot of buzz around Amrapali Cloud Ville, especially the higher-end apartments. Pricey, obviously, with some units touching almost 25Cr. Sai Dham Infra Projects Greens is another option, but honestly not sure about the builder's reputation. Anyone have first-hand experience? What's the carpet area efficiency like in Cloud Ville considering the price? Also, schools nearby are important. Which one has better social infrastructure within a 2km radius?
