Amrapali Crystal Homes vs E Homes: Carpet area reality?
Crystal Homes mein they're quoting a high price, but carpet area kitna mil raha hai, anyone knows? E Homes seems cheaper, but is it actually smaller? Which gives more usable space? ROI kya hai?

I visited Crystal Homes last month. Price-wise, they're quoting around ₹2.3 Cr for a 2BHK and ₹3.6 Cr for a 3BHK, which is on the higher side for the actual carpet area you get. E Homes ka carpet area comparatively better hai for the price, but amenities mein Crystal Homes thoda better laga. Usable space ke liye, Crystal Homes mein balconies bade hain, but internal living area thoda compact laga. It's a tough choice.
Exactly what I felt! I also visited both. Crystal Homes ka finishing better hai but E Homes ka layout more practical laga. Agar ROI ki baat karein, then current Noida market mein prices already quite high hain, so
₹2.3 Cr for a 2BHK? Wow! What about the location, connectivity from say, Ajayabpur?
Amrapali ke naam se hi darr lagta hai yaar. Kitne logon ka paisa phasa hai. Even if Crystal Homes is 'Ready to Move' (questionable claim), be super careful. They have a history of delays and legal issues, especially around Alpha I Greater Noida projects.
Dekho bhai, har project ek jaisa nahi hota. Crystal Homes ka construction kaafi had tak complete hai, maine khud dekha hai. Yes, past track record is bad, but for this specific project, it might be different. But the 2025 possession date is a red flag for a 'Ready to Move' property, no doubt.
Totally agree! Mere uncle ka flat bhi Amrapali Sapphire mein phasa hua hai 7 saal se. They promised possession in 2017 in Alpha-II Commercial Belt, but abhi tak kuch nahi mila. Crystal Homes mein investment bahut risky lag raha hai, especially for first-time buyers.
Crystal Homes mein they're quoting a high price, but carpet area kitna mil raha hai, anyone knows? E Homes seems cheaper, but is it actually smaller? Which gives more usable space? ROI kya hai? I'm a first-time buyer aur bahut confused hoon. Amrapali Crystal Homes ka brochure mein 'Ready to Move' likha hai but possession date 2025-12-01 dikha rahe hain? Ye kya scene hai? Koi explain karega please?
Sahi pakda hai! 'Ready to Move' aur 2025 possession date, ye Amrapali ka purana game hai. RERA number UPRERAPRJ14023 toh hai but builder ka track record dekho. E Homes ka carpet area check karna padega thoroughly before trusting anything.
Haan bhai, Crystal Homes ka price tag toh sunke hi darr lagta hai. Usable space ka doubt mera bhi hai!
