posted on 12 MayAmrapali Eden Park: Carpet area expectations vs reality?
Okay I'll be honest — just moved into Amrapali Eden Park last month. Possession experience was a hassle, but that's not even the main thing. Everyone glorifies the 'spacious' layouts, but nobody talks about the actual carpet area efficiency. Matlab, brochure mein jo dikhaya, real mein utna feel hi nahi hota. It's like half the space is taken by common walls. Is it just me? Or did anyone else feel shortchanged with the space after moving in? Change my mind if you think it's value for money.

Hmm, I was considering Amrapali Eden Park for investment. But the RERA number wasn't found when I checked on the website. Is that a red flag for carpet area issues too? Builders often play with numbers when RERA isn't clear.
Totally agree, RERA ka na hona matlab trust issue.
Yes, 'Not Found' RERA is a HUGE red flag, U3. Run, don't walk!
Totally agree, U1! I went to see a flat there last year and the show flat looked so much bigger. I felt the same, like the actual usable space was way less. My budget is tight and every square foot counts, yaar.
Exactly! My friend bought a 2BHK there and it feels like a 1.5BHK because of the weird layout. Budget mein itna hi milta hai, but still, expectations vs reality ka shock lagta hai.
Sahi kaha bhai, show flat toh illusion hai!
