Amrapali Eden Park vs Urbtech Xaviers: Which is better?
Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've shortlisted Amrapali Eden Park and Urbtech Xaviers. Has anyone experienced possession delays with Amrapali? I've heard some things, but not sure if they're true *now*. Urbtech is ready-to-move, sahi hai, right? But kya Amrapali might appreciate more in the long run? Also, what's the carpet area efficiency like in both? I'm seeing different numbers online. Which one gives you more usable space, yaar? Finally, anyone compared the actual maintenance charges? What all is included? I'm so confused! Mujhe advice chahiye! Which one should I consider? Is it worth the risk with Amrapali? What do you think?
