posted on 6 AprAmrapali flat owners: what's the real story?
Just moved into Amrapali Green Valley. Possession was delayed by almost 2 years, *uff*! Now facing construction quality issues - seepage in the bathroom. Heard similar stories from Crystal Homes. Cloud Ville ka toh aur bura haal hai? I'm thinking resale in a few years. Is it even worth it with Amrapali's reputation? Or should I cut my losses now? What do you guys think?

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is Noida, bhai. Get used to it.
I think you should try to fix the issues and then see if the market improves. Selling now might be a loss.
Amrapali ka naam toh kalank hai. Resale mushkil hoga. But location is good. Tough decision.
Overall, Amrapali is a risky bet. If you can afford to hold, wait. If not, cut your losses.
So, OP, what did you decide? Are you going to sell or wait?
Check the builder's payment plan. If it's construction-linked, they might be using your money for other projects. Be careful.
Sector 75 mein kya rate chal raha hai? Anyone knows?
Around 6-7k per sq ft, depending on the society and floor.
Seepage is a big red flag. Get it inspected by a professional before you decide anything.
Don't trust anyone blindly. Do your due diligence. Check RERA registration, builder's track record, and get a legal opinion.
RERA mein complaint daalo. Builder ko line pe aana padega. They are scared of RERA.
Bhai, Amrapali toh dub gaya tha na? How did you even get possession? Some other company finished the project?
NBCC took over. They are finishing the projects. But quality is still a concern, as OP mentioned.
Haan, NBCC ne kiya hai. Lekin, they are cutting corners to save money.
I bought in 2015 in Amrapali Sapphire. Biggest mistake of my life. Still fighting for registry.
Current market mein, resale value kam milega. Hold karo. Rent out kar do, at least EMI cover ho jayega.
Seepage? That's common in Noida buildings, honestly. Get it fixed, document everything, and then decide. Don't rush.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago in Sector 119. Possession delayed, then wiring issues. I fought with the builder for months. Finally got it fixed, but it was a headache.
What floor are you on? Corner unit? Ground floor? That can affect seepage. Also, check your maintenance agreement.
Bhai, Amrapali ka naam sunte hi dar lagta hai. Green Valley mein liya? Tough luck, dost. Resale is a gamble. Maybe rent it out?
Crystal Homes ka toh maine bhi suna hai. Possession mil gaya, wohi badi baat hai. But quality issues are a pain. Check your RERA registration details, maybe you can file a complaint.
Cloud Ville is a disaster zone! My friend invested there. Lenders bhi peeche pad gaye the, recovery ke liye. Don't wait, try to sell ASAP. Loss hoga, but peace of mind is worth it.
I disagree. Panic selling is the worst thing you can do. Market is picking up. Metro extension is coming near the area. Hold for a year or two. Sector 7x mein rates are rising.
Rising rates are everywhere, even in Greater Noida West. But Amrapali brand is still a problem. People are wary.
True, but location matters. Green Valley is decent. If the metro comes, prices will definitely go up.
Metro extension kab tak aayega? They've been saying that for 5 years!
