Since last year I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension and Amrapali Golf Suits is on my radar. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 120 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the amenities in Golf Suits feel totally overrated for the price. Everyone talks about the fancy clubhouse, but is the gym actually well-equipped and maintained, or just a token? What about the swimming pool, is it clean and usable daily, or just for show? I'm looking for genuine usability, not just brochure photos. Is the price jump for a 3BHK, say around ₹70L, really justified by the *actual* amenity quality and society vibe? I already have a home loan, so the EMI has to make sense for real value. Change my mind.
