Amrapali Grand: What's the real daily living experience?
Visited Amrapali Grand last weekend, checking out a 3BHK in the ₹1.33 Cr range. Honestly, I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different; you start seeing through all the marketing spin. It's a completed project, which is great, but is it genuinely a good place for daily living, or just looks decent on paper? The gym and clubhouse seemed okay, but are they actually maintained well? What about the pool? And the society vibe... is it friendly, active, or more isolated? I'm curious about the maintenance charges too – what do residents *actually* pay monthly? Any insights on noise levels or the overall community feel would be super helpful, yaar. Really want the off-the-record truth, not the brochure version.

I'm always worried about hidden costs in older societies; sometimes the maintenance charges quoted are just for common areas, not for things like power backup or specific amenity usage. It's a big decision, especially at ₹1.33 Cr, so we need the real
