Kids have moved out, so I'm downsizing. Amrapali Green Valley has tempting resale prices. But what about construction quality issues now? Anyone has experience with Amrapali Cloud Ville possession? Need advice ASAP.

What happened with the Green Valley deal? Did you go ahead with it?
Before you invest, check if the builder has any pending dues with Noida Authority. That can cause further delays.
Ultimately, it's your decision. But weigh the risks and rewards carefully. Amrapali is a big gamble.
Be very careful with Amrapali. They have a history of delays and poor construction. Do your research before investing.
Check the amenities completion rate. Swimming pool, clubhouse, etc. Many builders promise everything but deliver nothing.
Legal advice is a must. Hire a good property lawyer before you sign anything.
Honestly, I'd avoid it. Peace of mind is worth more than a cheap price.
Anyone know the current status of the Amrapali projects under NBCC? Are they making progress?
NBCC is working on some projects, but it's a slow process. Don't expect miracles.
NBCC is involved, but the quality is still questionable. I've seen some units, and they are not up to par.
What's the sqft rate they are quoting? Sector 76 mein I think you can get better options now, even with the recent price hike.
Exactly! Sector 76 has some good builders. Why risk it with Amrapali?
Haan, the new metro line is also making Sector 76 more attractive.
I know someone who got a good deal in Cloud Ville, but he had to fight tooth and nail to get possession. Prepare for a long battle.
Have you considered other sectors? Sector 150 has some good options, although prices are higher.
I've heard Green Valley is slightly better than some of their other projects. But still, proceed with caution. Talk to current residents, that's the best way to get honest feedback.
Bhai, resale mein toh aur bhi dikkat hai. You don't know what kind of hidden problems you'll find.
Check the completion certificate. If they don't have it, RUN.
My uncle got possession in Amrapali Sapphire a year ago. Took ages, but he's happy now. But every project is different, so don't assume all are the same.
That's true. Sapphire was one of their better projects, I think. Still, due diligence is important.
Don't just look at the price. Factor in the cost of repairs and renovations. Amrapali quality was never great.
Cloud Ville... heard mixed reviews. Some got possession, but others are still fighting legal battles. Be very cautious.
Kya bol rahe ho yaar? Amrapali is a nightmare! My cousin invested in Dream Valley, paisa doob gaya.
Exactly! Stay away! There are better options in Noida, even if they are a bit more expensive.
Sector 75 mein Amrapali ke projects... hmmm... risky. But if you get a really good deal, and you are willing to take the risk, maybe. It depends on your risk appetite.
Risk appetite is one thing, but legal headaches are another. I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.
Amrapali Green Valley... tempting prices are a red flag, bhai. Check RERA records thoroughly. Construction quality is always a gamble with these old projects.
Totally agree! My friend booked in 2015, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Don't fall for low prices without proper due diligence.
RERA records are a must. Also, try to get a physical inspection done. I know someone who got a great deal, but the finishing was terrible.
