Amrapali Green Valley mein suna hai possession kaafi delayed hai. Anyone faced this? My parents keep saying Amrapali is risky, but the prices are tempting. Construction quality kaisi hai actually? Matlab, plaster cracks toh nahi aate na? Honestly not sure if I should risk it. Kya karein?

Check out projects near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Connectivity is great, and there are some decent builders there.
Remember to factor in the maintenance charges too. Amrapali might have hidden costs.
Also, check the builder's track record for similar projects in other cities. That can give you a good indication of their quality.
So, what did you end up doing? Did you find another property?
Plaster cracks toh pakka aayenge! Bhai, they cut corners everywhere.
Risky hai. VERY risky. But if you do decide to go ahead, get everything in writing. EVERYTHING. And hire a lawyer to review the agreement.
Thanks everyone for the feedback! Appreciate the honesty. I think I'll pass on this one. Better safe than sorry.
Smart decision. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. Don't get lured in by low prices alone.
Honestly, with the new Jewar airport coming up, even if it's delayed, prices will appreciate eventually, right? That's what I'm hoping for...
That's a gamble, yaar. Airport ka hype toh hai, but Amrapali's reputation is REALLY bad.
Jewar airport is a long-term game. 10-15 years maybe. Can you afford to wait that long, especially with a risky builder?
Don't do it. There are so many better options in Noida Extension now. Gaurs, Ace, even Ajnara is better than Amrapali.
Sector 75 mein bhi ek project hai Amrapali ka. Same story. Delayed possession, incomplete amenities.
I heard the government stepped in to complete some of their projects. Is Green Valley one of them?
Yes, Supreme Court appointed NBCC to finish some Amrapali projects. Check if Green Valley is included in that list. That might give you some assurance.
Prices are tempting for a reason! They have a TERRIBLE reputation. Think long term.
Mera personal experience: I booked a flat in Amrapali Dream Valley back in 2012. Till date, I'm fighting for a refund. Court cases, everything. Save yourself the headache.
Construction quality? Don't even ask. Cheap materials, poor workmanship. You'll be spending more on repairs later.
I know someone who got possession in Green Valley, but it was delayed by almost 5 years! And the finishing was pathetic.
Which floor are you looking at? And what's the sqft price they are quoting? That also matters.

Bhai, Amrapali is a NO-GO. Horror stories are TRUE. My cousin invested in Sapphire and it's been a decade. Still no possession. Don't fall for the low prices.
Green Valley is a HUGE risk. RERA mein check karo, how many cases are pending against them.
Exactly! RERA website is your best friend in these situations. Don't just listen to hearsay.
Where can I find this info on the RERA website? Specific link please?
