Ready to move hai, so EMI jaldi start ho jaayegi. Kya lagta hai long-term investment ke liye kaisa hai? Rental yield aur appreciation potential kitna expect kar sakte hain for a 2BHK ya 3BHK? Koi ideas?
Was supposed to decide by last month but this total cost of ownership ka calculation dimag kharab kar raha hai. Amrapali Heartbeat City aur Victory Ace mein se choose karna mushkil hai. Both are completed projects, which is a plus, no builder delay tension. But yaar, advertised price aur actual jab tak registry tak pahunchte ho, itna difference kyun aata hai? Victory Ace ka price ₹61.95 L se shuru hai, initially better lag raha hai, but I'm worried about hidden charges, like PLC ya extra maintenance. Builders often underquote maintenance, from my experience. Heartbeat City is ₹1.21 Cr, almost double. My main concern is long-term appreciation, 5 saal mein kaunsa better ROI dega, considering real total cost. Has anyone bought in either of these? What was your final cost per sqft including everything? Is the maintenance realistic? Need real numbers and experiences, please share.
