Amrapali ka kya scene hai abhi Noida mein?

Honestly, I'm so confused about builders in Noida. I'm looking to buy my first flat, and my parents keep saying Amrapali ka naam toh suna hi hoga. But I've also heard things aren't great. Anyone have any insights? Like, is it even safe to consider their projects now? I'm also looking at Supertech. But the construction quality, I've heard, isn't always top-notch. Plaster cracks and seepage issues are a big turnoff. Ab samajh nahi aa raha which one to trust. Any experiences with either of them, especially around possession time? Any hidden charges that popped up? Help a brother out!
