Been hearing a lot about hidden charges lately. I work in real estate, so I know builders don't tell you everything upfront, but some of these stories are crazy. Like, EDC/IDC ke naam pe they are charging extra at possession. Honestly not sure if that's legal, but who has the time to fight? Mahagun and Supertech, I've heard, are notorious for this. Super area vs carpet area game toh chalta hi hai. Anyone faced this recently? How did you deal with it? Is it worth just paying up to avoid the headache? Or should I fight it out?
