Amrapali ke projects mein abhi kya scene hai?

Has anyone had recent experience with Amrapali projects after the NBCC takeover? Are they actually delivering on time now? Need at least a 3BHK near a safe area for my kids' school. My wife's priority is a well-maintained society. Is it worth considering or should I look elsewhere?
