Amrapali ke projects mein invest karna sahi rahega?

Honestly, Amrapali projects are a gamble. I've heard so many horror stories about possession delays and incomplete amenities. Builder ka track record dekhna important hai, but even then, you never know. My parents keep saying resale value bhi matter karta hai. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, is it worth the risk for a potentially lower price? Any thoughts? Maybe stick to someone with a better reputation? Hope someone can give me some advice.
