Amrapali ke projects mein kya risk hai abhi bhi?

Finally fed up of renting. EMI vs rent math is pushing me to buy. Heard mixed reviews about Amrapali projects even after NBCC took over. Construction quality reports are patchy. Anyone faced hidden charges during possession of Amrapali Dream Valley or Centurian Park after NBCC? Is it worth the lower price or better to avoid completely? Bank approvals are also a concern. Koi idea hai? Hope someone can share their experience.
