Amrapali? Be very, very careful. Inka past record bahut dodgy raha hai, especially with project delays and quality issues. Hidden costs toh chhodo, pehle ye confirm karo ki possession time pe milega bhi ya nahi. RWA issues toh baad ki baat hai.

Haan, RERA status check karna toh mandatory hai. Jaise aapne bataya, delays bahut common the inke projects mein. Us project ka current status kya hai jiska aapne mention kiya?

Bilkul sahi kaha. My cousin booked a flat in one of their projects in Alpha I Greater Noida almost 8 years ago. Aaj tak possession nahi mila properly. RWA ka toh naam hi mat lo, they formed one but builder ne kabhi cooperate nahi kiya. Unka maintenance charge bhi sky-high tha for non-existent facilities. RERA website pe Amrapali ke projects ka status check karo, bahut kuch clear ho jayega.

Yaar, same pinch! Main bhi 6 saal se rent pe hoon, aur ab toh landlord ne hadd kar di. Amrapali Leisure Valley ka 80L for a 2BHK, is that even a good deal for Leisure Valley? Kahan pe hai exact location?

Bhai, 80L for a 2BHK is definitely on the higher side, especially considering Amrapali ka track record. Location wise toh theek hai, but price point pe negotiate karna padega ya koi aur builder dekho.

Exactly! Rent badhate ja rahe hain, aur apne ghar ka sapna bas sapna hi lag raha hai. 80L for 2BHK sounds okay-ish but with Amrapali ka name, thoda darr lagta hai. Budget mein aur kya options hain Noida mein?
