₹78 lakh for my 2BHK in Amrapali Leisure Valley – possession was in March. Honestly, the final bill shocked me. Builder (Sikka Group ke projects bhi dekhe the) quotes a base price, but then PLC, floor-rise, maintenance advance, registration… it just keeps adding up. My flat is on the 4th floor, park-facing. I paid a good amount for that PLC. Now I'm thinking, was that extra charge actually worth it? Ya bas aur paisa nikalne ka tareeka hai? Did anyone here manage to negotiate these PLC or floor-rise charges down significantly? Feels like most buyers just accept them. With Jewar Airport ke hype, prices toh badh rahe hain, but these 'preferential' charges ka kya karein? What's your first-hand experience?
