Amrapali Leisure Valley's maintenance charges are just a cash grab.

Amrapali Leisure Valley — just moved into my 3BHK here a couple months back, possession was in March. Honestly, the maintenance charges feel pretty steep for what's offered. Water supply is mostly municipal, but they switch to borewell unexpectedly sometimes, not sure why. Plus, still trying to figure out if the RWA is actually doing much beyond collecting funds. Are others facing similar issues here? Any tips on understanding these costs or dealing with the RWA? Hope this helps someone.
