Amrapali nightmares still haunt me - is it justified?

Honestly, Amrapali ke baare mein sunke darr lagta hai. I'm looking at projects by other builders in Noida, but that fear is always there. Supertech ka kya scene hai? My parents keep saying check their RERA compliance and legal cases before booking anything. Has anyone faced hidden charges with Supertech recently? I heard some horror stories about PLC and EDC. Also, what about resale value? Which builder in Noida actually gives decent ROI after 5 years? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Should I even consider Supertech or look at someone else completely? Has anyone else felt this way?
