Currently in a 2BHK. Thinking of upgrading. Amrapali ka Eden Park suna hai… Pride India Regal Residency bhi option hai. Construction quality wise, kaun sahi hai? Any experience?

Honestly, both have risks. If you're risk-averse, consider a ready-to-move-in property, even if it's slightly older.
Rising rates are killing me! Property lena bhi mushkil ho gaya hai.
My two cents: Pride is slightly better, but do your due diligence. Amrapali is a big no-no unless you want a headache.

Yes, U10. Sector 45 is a decent location. But traffic can be a pain during peak hours.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was choosing between these two. Finally went with something else in Sector 150. A bit more expensive, but peace of mind is worth it.
Possession status kya hai Pride Regal Residency ka? Anyone got possession recently?
U13, I know someone who got possession a few months back, but there were some issues with the finishing. Check everything carefully before you accept possession.
Construction quality wise, Pride better hai, I think. But Regal Residency mein delays toh hai. Check RERA registration number before you do anything!
U3, sahi baat hai. RERA mein check karna is a must. Delay kitna dikha raha hai?
RERA number se kya pata chalega? They always manipulate things. Better to visit the site and talk to existing residents.

I invested in Pride Group's project near Pari Chowk a few years back. The experience was alright, nothing exceptional. Construction quality was decent, but documentation mein thoda problem hua tha.
Amrapali? Are you serious? Even if they are selling at half the price, don't even consider it. You'll be stuck forever.

Haan yaar, U1 is right. Amrapali... avoid karoge toh better rahega. I know someone who bought in their Dream Valley project, abhi tak ro raha hai.
