Amrapali or Supertech in Noida - What's the Real Story?

So, I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida, mainly for the kids' school admission and my wife wants a good society. Been checking out Amrapali and Supertech, but I'm hearing mixed things. Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either of them at possession? Like, extra EDC/IDC? Also, which one is actually better for resale value down the line? I need something safe for the kids, you know? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their RERA compliance? I'm worried about construction delays. Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar! Which one should I actually consider? What's your take?
