Amrapali and Supertech, both have had issues, right? Which one is *less* likely to have possession delays now? I'm looking for advice. What does the community think?

Amrapali toh NBCC bana raha hai. So, technically, Amrapali is not building anything. It's NBCC. But Supertech is still Supertech.

Honestly, I'd rather look at other builders in Noida. ATS, Godrej, even Gaurs are safer bets. Why take the risk?

Sector 74 mein rates high hain. Check carpet area and loading factor before you decide. Builders are notorious for cheating on that.

Mere cousin ne Supertech Ecovillage mein invest kiya tha 5 saal pehle. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. He's fighting a case in NCLT. Be very careful.
