Since 2020, I'm seeing Amrapali projects delayed. Supertech bhi seems risky now. Kids' school admission important hai. What to do? Any experience sharing will help.

Has anyone considered Godrej? They have some projects in Noida. Thoda premium, but reliable.
Godrej is good but expensive. Depends on your budget. So, OP, what did you decide? Still confused?
Good point, U20. Renting is a good option to buy time. Better than getting stuck with a delayed project.
So, what's the final consensus? Amrapali and Supertech are a no-go, unless heavily discounted and you're okay with high risk? ATS if budget permits?
Pretty much, U3. Do your due diligence. RERA is your friend. And don't believe everything the builders say.
Yeah, due diligence is key. Which sector are you leaning towards? Maybe we can share more specific info about that area.
Bhai, builders ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is never ending! At this point, I'm just laughing to keep from crying.
I invested in Amrapali Dream Valley back in 2012. Still waiting for possession. My advice: STAY AWAY. Learn from my mistake.
U17, that's terrible! Dream Valley... so many people are stuck there. Did you file a complaint with RERA?
Haan, RERA mein complaint daal di hai. But legal process is so slow...
Legal process is slow, but it's your only hope. Keep following up. Don't give up!
My two cents: If school admission is the priority, rent near the school for now. Wait and watch the market for a few months. Don't rush into a decision you'll regret.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was stuck between Supertech and Jaypee. Luckily, I chose Jaypee Wishtown and got possession (eventually!). Supertech friends are still waiting.
Wishtown is far though, right? Sector 74/75 is better connected. What's the current price per sqft in those sectors anyway? Anyone knows?
Last I checked, Sector 75 was around 6500-7000 per sqft. Depends on the project and the floor. Corner units are always more expensive.
6500-7000! Bhai, that's crazy. It was 5500 just last year. Market is heating up again because of the new metro line extension.
True, location matters. But check the builder's payment plan. Some are offering attractive schemes but with hidden charges. Read the fine print!
Totally agree with U1. Supertech ka toh Supreme Court ne bhi kuch bola tha na? Amrapali is being revived but *kab* possession milega, no one knows. Which sector are you looking at?
Sector 74, 75 are options. Near the metro. But delayed projects are everywhere. I'm also confused yaar. What about ATS? Thoda expensive hai, but...?
ATS is a good option, but budget becomes a problem. Also, their maintenance charges are quite high later on. Think long term, dost.
Maintenance charges toh sabke hi badh jaate hain! It's a trap! But seriously, ATS is reliable. Supertech... I'd avoid. Amrapali... depends on the price, honestly.
Exactly U7. RERA is your best friend right now. Don't rely on what the sales guys are saying. They'll promise you the moon.
Price is key. If you get a good deal on an Amrapali project being revived, and you're willing to wait... maybe. But risk hai.
Risk toh hai hi. RERA registration number check karo properly before investing in Amrapali revival projects. Don't blindly trust the builders now running it.
Amrapali or Supertech... bhai, both are tricky situations. Schools are important, I understand. But are you looking at resale or fresh booking? That makes a big difference.
