Amrapali or Supertech – which is the lesser evil?

Been looking since last year to invest back home, I'm based in Dubai. Heard some horror stories about Amrapali's old projects in Noida. Supertech ka bhi kuch aisa hi scene hai kya? Need to rent it out, can't do a site visit myself easily. Which builder has less delay issues now? Is RERA helping at all? Need a property manager, so resale value matters. Dhoka nahi khana is baar.
