Amrapali or Supertech - who to trust in Noida?

Honestly, I'm confused. So many projects, so many builders. I'm looking at Amrapali and Supertech in Noida. But I've heard mixed reviews. Anyone faced major delays with these guys? My parents keep saying check the builder's track record. Is it worth paying a premium for a 'better' builder, or are they all the same? Kya kisi ko pata hai about hidden charges at possession? Like PLC or EDC. I'm on a tight budget, toh extra charges won't work. Also, resale value ka kya scene hai? Which builder's properties appreciate better down the line? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Halp!
