Amrapali or Supertech...is the premium worth it?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a bigger space. Been checking out Amrapali and Supertech projects. Supertech ka construction quality seems okay-okay from what I've seen, but Amrapali charges a premium. Is that extra cost justified? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Heard stories about hidden charges popping up during possession. Has anyone else faced this with either of them? Also, resale value after 5 years - which one gives better ROI? Honestly not sure which way to go. Which builder is better for end-users vs investors? Am I the only one who's confused?
