Supertech ka insolvency ka kya impact hoga on existing buyers? Anyone knows?

Bhai, both are risky. If you have money to burn, go ahead. Otherwise, look for safer options.

I'd say stick to established builders like Godrej or Tata. A little pricier but worth the peace of mind. Is there any project in Sector 150 that's worth considering?

Amrapali projects are being completed under court supervision, but NBCC is known for delays. Double whammy!

Remember to check for encumbrances and pending dues before investing in any property, especially in Noida.

Honestly, Noida extension is full of delayed projects. Be very careful. Look at resale properties in Sectors 44, 50, or 150 maybe?

What about Gaursons? Any experience with them? They seem more reliable than Supertech or Amrapali.
