Amrapali projects: are they REALLY worth the risk?

I've bought a few properties in Noida, and honestly, Amrapali's unfinished projects are a gamble. Seen some units going for cheap, but the legal issues are a headache. Calculated risk? Maybe. Supertech, on the other hand, seems to be delivering, but I've heard about hidden charges during possession – anyone else faced this? Is the lower price really worth the potential hassle with Amrapali, or should I stick with something 'safer' like Supertech? What's your take?
