Amrapali Group projects... I've heard horror stories about possession delays. Anyone have experience with their Cloud Ville project? Construction quality concerns me too. Change my mind.

Rising rates are making me nervous. Should I just settle for something smaller and safer elsewhere? Sector 128 any good?
Sector 128 is good, but expensive. Check your budget. And do your research on the builder!
Bottom line: Amrapali = High risk. Unless you're getting a ridiculously good deal (which is probably too good to be true), stay away.
Did the original poster decide to go ahead with Cloud Ville? Just curious to know what happened.
Be careful - this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida itself. Do your homework!
I think the NBCC is supposed to complete some of the Amrapali projects. But Cloud Ville... not sure if it's on their list.
NBCC is doing some, but progress is slow. And quality is still a question mark.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is the story of every Amrapali project. Run, don't walk, away!
I was considering Cloud Ville a few years back. Thank God I didn't. Dodged a bullet there.

Very few, if any. Mostly court cases and delays. Check the RERA website for the latest updates.

My friend booked in Sapphire. Same story. Years of delay, no communication. He's now fighting for a refund.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon, deliver nothing. RERA bhi kuch nahi karta.
RERA helps, but slowly. File a complaint, keep following up. It's a long process, but it's better than nothing. I filed against Supertech and finally got some movement.
Don't even compare Amrapali promises to reality. It's like comparing chalk and cheese. They promised gold, gave us dust.
What's the current rate in that area anyway? Sector 76, right? I heard it's gone up a bit due to the metro.
Sector 76 is decent, but Amrapali? No way. Better options available. Check out projects near Sector 150; rates are higher, but quality is better.
Agreed. Sector 150 is a much safer bet. More reliable builders and better infrastructure.
Sector 150 ka avg rate kya hai? Last I checked it was around 6500. Has it gone up?
Amrapali... bhai, naam hi kaafi hai. Cloud Ville? I'd be very, very careful. Possession delays are their specialty. Check RERA records thoroughly.
Cloud Ville... I know someone who booked there in 2016. Still waiting. Don't even think about it unless you have money to burn and a LOT of patience.
Construction quality is a valid concern. Amrapali used substandard materials everywhere. Has anyone seen any recent site progress photos? I'm curious.
My cousin bought in Dream Valley. Court cases galore. Paisa phas gaya completely. Stay away!
