Amrapali Sapphire residents, what's the real post-possession story?

Amrapali Sapphire — I'm looking at it for a 3BHK upgrade, currently in a 2BHK. Brochure mein jo dikhaya tha, possession ke baad woh reality mein kitna different tha? Friends ne bataya amenities adhoori mili, ya unki quality bilkul bekar thi. Is it true they charge extra for everything post-possession? Like, clubhouse use ya parking ke liye alag se? My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, but I'm worried about these hidden costs and the actual finish. Anyone faced unexpected issues after moving in? Did you feel the premium was justified?
