Moved into Amrapali Silicon City three months ago. The brochure promised so much, but the reality? The clubhouse is a ghost town, and the gym equipment feels really basic. We're paying ₹6000 monthly for maintenance. Honestly, I'm not sure what for. Is this common with other projects here? What's your experience with promised vs delivered amenities?

Bhai, Amrapali ka toh track record hi aisa hai. My uncle almost booked in their Alpha I Greater Noida project years ago, but pulled out because of similar complaints about amenities and delays. They promise the moon and deliver dust. This is why I'm so scared to invest my hard-earned money as a first-time buyer.
Totally agree! My friend also bought there, same story. Builders promise the world, deliver a village.
