10 site visits, 5 brokers, still confused about Amrapali Silicon City. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Builders jo amenities promise karte hain, woh delivery pe kitne different hote hain? Especially clubhouse aur green areas. Kya ye sab sirf brochure pe hain ya actual usage bhi hai? Resale value pe farak padta hai na isse?

Bhai, Amrapali ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Brochure aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka farak hota hai. Resale toh bhool hi jao agar amenities deliver nahi hui toh. First-time buyer ho toh aur careful raho.

Exactly! Mere ek friend ne bhi Sector 76 mein Amrapali Leisure Valley mein book kiya tha. Possession date 2018 thi, mila 2021 mein. Amenities bhi adhi-adhuri hain, pool
