I'm confused between Amrapali and Supertech projects in Noida. Wife wants a safe society for the kids. Has anyone experienced hidden charges at possession? What about construction quality, especially after a few years? Which one is better for a family looking at schools nearby? Please share your thoughts!

After reading all this, I'm scared to invest in Noida at all! Maybe I should just rent forever...
Don't just look at the society itself. Check the surrounding infrastructure. Roads, drainage, security... Noida Authority can be slow to provide these.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. But prices are rising due to the Jewar airport. Keep that in mind.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. I'm starting to think I'll never get possession.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. They promised a swimming pool and a gym, but 3 years later... nothing.

Sector 74 is developing fast. But check the builder's financial stability. Don't get stuck like the Amrapali buyers.
Bhai, both are risky. Have you considered other builders like Godrej or ATS? Slightly more expensive, but at least you'll get possession.
Totally agree yaar, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon and deliver nothing.
Possession status kya hai? Check the RERA website. It will tell you the official completion date and any delays.
RERA registration number check karo, bhai. That's the first thing you should do. Aur RERA website pe complaints bhi dekh lo.
I heard the new metro line extension is boosting prices in Sector 143. Maybe look there?
Amrapali? Are you serious? Avoid like the plague! They're a black hole for your money.
My friend bought in Supertech Cape Town. He's been waiting for possession for 5 years! And now they're asking for extra money due to 'increased construction costs'. Total scam.
That's exactly what happened to me in their Ecovillage project! Avoid Supertech at all costs.
Hidden charges toh pakka milenge, bhai. Be prepared for parking, club membership, yeh woh. Read the fine print CAREFULLY before booking. Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago.
Haan yaar, agreement mein sab kuch likha hota hai, but they conveniently 'forget' to mention it. I got hit with a 1 lakh 'development charge' at possession.
True that. And don't trust their 'super area' calculations. Measure it yourself after possession.
Construction quality? Supertech is slightly better, IMHO. Amrapali was notorious for cutting corners. But even Supertech... don't expect DLF level quality.
I invested in Supertech Emerald Court years ago. Still fighting for my money back. Court cases are a nightmare. Think twice before putting your hard-earned cash.
Schools nearby? Sector 7x mein achhe schools hai. Amity, DPS, Genesis... but check which project is closest.
Amrapali aur Supertech? Bhai, dono hi dubo denge tumhe. Seriously though, both have massive delays and legal issues. Which project are you looking at specifically? That makes a big difference.
Exactly! It's project specific. Amrapali toh almost bankrupt ho gaya tha, court ne takeover kiya. Supertech ka kya scene hai exactly?
Safe society for kids toh bhai Noida mein mushkil hai. But seriously, location matters. Sector 7x is generally considered better for families. Which sectors are you considering?
