So, I just moved into my new place in Noida. Possession was in March. Been hearing mixed reviews about Amrapali and Supertech. What's your take on their construction quality, bhai? I'm seeing some seepage already. Has anyone experienced hidden charges at possession with either of these? Like, extra EDC/IDC that nobody told me about? Also, which one do you think gives better resale value down the line? Mujhe advice chahiye. I'm a bit worried about these things. Kya aap logon ko pata hai their customer support after booking? Do they even pick up the phone? Any suggestions?
