If you are looking for relatively safer options, maybe consider ATS or Godrej. They are expensive, but at least the chances of delivery are higher. On-time toh bhool hi jao.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Is it worth it? Considering the delays and all that?
New metro line is coming up in Noida. That might affect property prices. Keep that in mind while deciding.
Be careful - Supertech has multiple projects with pending dues. Check their financial health before investing. Google 'Supertech insolvency'

UP RERA website is a lifesaver, seriously. Saved me from a bad investment last year.
But RERA is not a guarantee, yaar. Builders still find ways to delay. Mere friend ka toh RERA order bhi aa gaya, but possession abhi tak nahi mila.
Honestly, Noida mein on-time delivery is a myth. Expect delays, no matter which builder you choose. Factor that into your investment decision.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Supertech ka project tha. Delay hua, but eventually possession mil gaya. The location is great though. Greenery bahut hai.
U6, which project are you talking about? Sector 74 wala? Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Then I sold it off at a loss.
Sector 74 is notorious. But Supertech's projects in Sector 96 are doing relatively better. Anyone has info on those?
Sector 96 is close to the Noida Expressway, that's why maybe. But still, be cautious. Rising rates mein, risk zyada hai.
I think Amrapali is out of the question. Supreme Court is involved and things are moving, but it's a long game. Supertech, check their RERA rating and project completion rate. That's the only way to be reasonably sure.
Bhai, dono hi risk hai. Amrapali ka naam toh badnaam hai. Supertech is slightly better, but 'slightly' is the key word here. Check RERA before investing!

I invested in Supertech years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. Avoid karo, bhai. Trust me.
