Okay, controversial opinion: Amrapali repossessed projects look tempting. But bhai, are they actually worth it now? Construction quality sahi hai kya? Supertech ka kya scene hai? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.

Don't just look at the price per sqft. Consider the overall amenities and the location.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Classic Noida!
So, after all this, what's the consensus? Amrapali is a no-go, right? What about Supertech?
Final advice: Hire a good real estate lawyer before making any decisions. They can help you navigate the legal complexities.
My friend bought in Amrapali Dream Valley a few years back. Still fighting for possession. Avoid!
Check the builder's debt-to-equity ratio. That will give you an idea of their financial stability.
Amrapali is a gamble. High risk, high reward (maybe). Supertech is slightly less risky, but still proceed with caution.
Remember to factor in the cost of stamp duty and registration charges. It can be a significant amount.
Honestly, if you have the budget, consider a resale property in a well-established society. Less headache.
I would suggest visiting both Amrapali and Supertech sites personally. Talk to existing residents. That's the best way to get a real picture.
Don't forget to factor in the cost of fittings and finishing. Amrapali projects are usually bare bones, so you'll have to spend extra.
Supertech ka Emerald Court demolition case is a big red flag. Be very careful before investing in any of their projects.
Has anyone recently gotten possession in Supertech's North Eye? What's the experience been like?
Sector 150 is a good option. Relatively newer constructions and better infrastructure. Thoda premium hai, but worth it imo.
Amrapali projects are tempting because of the price point. But remember, you get what you pay for. Construction quality is questionable. I've seen some units crumbling already.
Which Amrapali project are you talking about, U15? Eden Park?
Bhai logo, prices are going up everywhere. The new Jewar airport is driving up rates in Greater Noida West. Keep that in mind.
True that! Invest karna hai toh jaldi karo. Metro extension bhi aa raha hai.
Jewar airport is still a long way off though. How much impact will it really have in the short term?
Don't even think about Amrapali unless you have a lawyer on speed dial. Supertech ka Grand Noida wala phase is comparatively safer. But still, due diligence is key.
Grand Noida mein rates kya chal rahe hain? Any idea?
U8 is right, Amrapali is a legal nightmare. Better to spend a bit more and get peace of mind.
Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha Supertech ke saath. Possession date pe date badhate rahe. I'd rather rent than go through that again.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders are always overpromising and underdelivering.
Which Supertech project, U11? Sector 74?

Bhai, Amrapali? Risky game hai. Court ke chakkar bahut hain. Supertech is slightly better, but delayed projects toh wahan bhi hain. Check RERA registration before anything else.
True that, U2. RERA is a must. Also, check for encumbrances on the property. Banks want to lend on it?
RERA registration se kya hota hai? Builder toh phir bhi late karta hai.
RERA se at least you have some legal recourse, U3. Otherwise, you are totally at their mercy. Complaint file kar sakte ho, compensation claim kar sakte ho.
