Guys, I'm confused. Amrapali toh chodo, but Supertech ka kya scene hai now? Heard a lot of negative things earlier. Are they delivering on time these days? Construction quality kaisi hai? Honestly, I'm scared of hidden charges. Has anyone experienced this recently? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
